We have the capability to manufacture molds in a single piece up to 10 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 2.3 meters in height. According to ISO 12215-5 standards, larger fiber molds of 30–40 meters can also be produced in 3–4 sections within the required tolerances.

With eight 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines of various sizes, the team at HYDROLUIS is fully equipped to meet your needs. We understand your priority is to bring products to market quickly, even when projects involve numerous complex components that must be machined with the highest quality and accuracy. Our CNC departments operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring customer projects are delivered within acceptable lead times, and in most cases, multiple component projects are processed simultaneously.
Our milling capacities allow single-piece sizes up to the limits of shipping restrictions in length and width. For components exceeding these restrictions, our engineers can redesign the part to be milled as separate sections. For composite mold fabrication, plugs are typically CNC milled as a single piece, while molds are fabricated in sections according to shipping requirements.
