MILITARY

Hydroluis is able to manufacture prototype molds for projects that have received production and prototype pre-approval. We produce metal and composite molds, scale models, fixtures and tools for works that have completed preliminary permit and approval procedures with the relevant institutions and authorities.

For designs intended for military or off-road applications, we can also manufacture metal casting molds in our steel and metal foundry: designs may be produced on our serial casting line, and — acting as a subcontractor for metal mold production — we can deliver parts in the alloy and to the technical specifications you require. Finished components can be precision-machined on our CNC metalworking machines and supplied to prime manufacturers.

Tooling (molds) manufactured to customer specifications are used for serial steel/iron castings. Final castings are produced in our high-capacity foundry under series-production conditions and undergo standard post-casting processing (shakeout and fettling, heat-treatment where required, CNC machining and finishing), followed by dimensional inspection and quality control. Finished parts are then packaged and delivered to the customer.
