Hydroluis provides a wide range of products and services for companies that build professional simulation and training systems. Our offerings include protective composite skins for visual display systems, acrylic high-temperature form tools, true-to-size replica parts, and maintenance trainers. All of these are produced by our highly skilled design and engineering teams together with our tooling workshop and large-format 5-axis CNC capability, ensuring high-quality, Class-A finished parts that meet the exacting demands of simulation OEMs and training integrators.

In addition, Hydroluis designs and manufactures full simulator cabins for a broad spectrum of vehicles — including boats, submarines, helicopters, passenger and military aircraft, armored vehicles and tanks, motorcycles, Formula race cars, and other specialty platforms. We supply complete motion systems (including hydraulic actuation), structural cabins and internal mechanics as an integrated turnkey solution. As a specialist in both cabin fabrication and motion mechanics, Hydroluis can deliver end-to-end simulator installations: concept and detailed design, tooling and component production, motion system integration, and final assembly and commissioning.
