By leveraging the capabilities of our five-axis CNC mills and our CMM measurement machines, we fabricate extremely repeatable, high-precision products. Aircraft owners can routinely detect subtle fuselage deformations using 3D scanning combined with reverse-engineering software; this makes it easy to identify precise distortions in aircraft bodies. Such inspections are especially important during aircraft purchase and sale, and they are effective for uncovering adverse effects that develop over many years of service on symmetric components. In addition to structural inspection and tooling services, Hydroluis provides comprehensive interior refurbishment and modification services. For older aircraft whose interior upholstery and trim have worn from long service, we perform detailed 3D scans and center-of-gravity checks to ensure any redesign preserves flight balance and safety. Following scanning and balance assessment, we can design and manufacture new front panels, interior trims, and modern seating layouts tailored to the owner’s requirements. These upgrades make even legacy airframes more comfortable, modern, and valuable.
