At Hydroluis ArtCam CNC, we specialize in providing full traceability to 3D CAD models with the high precision today’s projects demand. All new patterns, molds, parts, fixtures and prototypes are verified against 3D CAD models in our facility using in-house Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and our experienced engineers, ensuring compliance with your specified tolerances. Complete CMM reports are prepared and delivered to you for quality records and audit purposes.
Made changes to a product but don’t have updated 3D CAD models for production or engineering documentation? We offer reverse-engineering services: our team creates new, production-ready 3D CAD models from the point data collected by our CMMs. If you need a full 3D scan of the object, Hydroluis can provide high-resolution 3D scanning and point-cloud delivery as well.
